Blogger is a free blog platform by the Google. Simply create your personal blog on blogger for free and share your ideas and your thought to the world. Recently blogger updates the themes and now they added new style sheets in the templates. It will default add at the time of your blog at the time of you open in browser.
If the any style sheets, Js file, the font file is loaded from the outer side performance of the site will be slow. If you hosted the file on another server, it will respond slow the site will take more time to load in the browser. This kind behavior will slow reduce the user view. Same thing the unwanted file loaded on the site it will increase the site loading time.
In the blogger default added the two CSS in the blogger code on the site run time. You can see that two CSS in the below image.
How to remove the this CSS from your blogger and loaded the your blog fast.
Login on to your blogger account and go to the template section.
Press Ctrl + f to find the <head> tag.
Replace the above tag with below one
<head>And again find the </head> replace this tag with below one
</head><!--<head>-->
